Electrical Engineering Careers at EPS

EPS is a specialist electrical engineering consultancy working across power system studies and electrical design. We’re growing, and we’re always interested in hearing from engineers with a strong electrical background who enjoy solving complex problems on real infrastructure projects.

Why EPS?

At EPS, you work across both power system studies and electrical design on projects spanning transmission and distribution, battery storage, renewables, data centres, power generation, and heavy industry. It’s genuine breadth: you build depth in analysis and in how systems are designed and delivered.

Progression here isn’t defined by tenure alone. Engineers are encouraged to step forward early, taking on trust, responsibility and ownership as their experience grows. That might mean leading complex power system studies, mentoring newer colleagues, or supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across our core sectors.

We’ve built a culture around trust, respect and collaboration, and it’s a large part of why people stay. Engineers here are supported and challenged in equal measure, on work that has real impact for clients.
